As associate dean at MICA (2021-2023), I led by design. This means that whenever I could, I used my graphic skills to make complex problems more understandable and all aspects of academia more appealing to various audiences. Here, for a series of open house events, I created graphics to spike interest in our lower-enrolled areas.
